Blah!

I'm feeling frustrated, but also hopeful and excited.  It's a very restless feeling. Last week, i had an AWESOME laser day. I did some much on it, got so much tested, got some fun silly things made for my kids' school...had patterns prepped to do a full day of tasering the next day.....and it broke.  Long story short, laser part works fine.  I think it's the control board that has gone out, though.  The Company is being very responsive and helpful, so I'm not angry about that, per se.  I'm just really annoyed that --it feels like anytime I start to...

Giddi's Workshop

My dad.  God bless him.  He has so many health problems.  But when it comes to being Giddi, nothing gets him down.  My dad was an Electronics Repair teacher in the Vigo County School Corp. for his entire career.  My dad helped his dad--my Giddo-- run his repair workshop for decades... that kind of tinkering is just in our blood!    He's long retired now, but over the years, as the grandkids have gotten older, my dad has slowly set-up his workshop again.  It is a full-blown place of activity now.  I think all of the kids have projects in...

The crowns arrived earlier this weekend, and it was just such a funny thing for me to get to see one of "my" crown sets from over a decade ago.  I must have made these back when Josh and I still lived in Maryland, as it's all cold-metal...

Festival Ads

Next Weekend is GreekFest at Indy's Greek Orthodox Church.  I've got a small ad in their Ad book. And then one month later is the Festival at my church: St George Festival.  I'm the Title Sponsor this year (!!!) and have the full back page of the Ad book...and am on the flyers all around town.  Exciting Times!
