We love hearing from our customers, and we imagine that new shoppers may be looking for some feedback as well to inform their decisions. While the "out of 5 stars" style of review is useful in some contexts, it doesn't make a lot of sense for our niche little shop. Instead, we have a Guest Book!
Think of it like the guest book at a physical store (or at a wedding!) You can give a detailed review of the crowns themselves and/or our customer service. Or you can just write us a follow up note. You can even tell us a bit about your own story or share updates from your wedding.
We do prefer email for specific feedback that needs immediate review, return and repair requests, suggestions, or questions that aren't in the FAQ. But this is the place for most any other general discussion, stories, and especially product reviews. Thanks!
